How does it work?
To obtain your certification, you must complete the training program and complete the following steps:
- 1. Register after completion of the Performex Leadership Path Priorities.
- 2. Obtain validation of the implementation of your actions from your teams, boss, and collaborators.
- 3. Pass the multiple-choice exam.
- 4. Pass the Leadership Management Exam by completing the requested forms.
