The Leadership Management Certification – Health and Hospital Services validates the skills acquired by participants who have completed the Performex LeadersPath Health Program, specifically designed for hospital directors, HR leaders in the health sector, and healthcare managers across Africa and internationally.

Certification Objectives

  • Develop leadership capabilities tailored to the significant challenges of hospital management, including operational efficiency, quality of care, human resources management, and budget constraints.
  • Strengthen leaders’ ability to prioritize effectively in a rapidly changing environment shaped by medical technologies, digitalization, and evolving regulatory requirements.

  • the successful completion of e-learning modules,
  • their participation in interactive workshops, and
  • a practical application project directly related to their hospital environment.
